PerforminAL™ Mercon V ATF

PerforminAL Mercon V ATF is a super premium lubricant for car and truck automatic transmissions and other applications that require an automatic transmissions fluid satisfy either Ford Motors Mercon∗∗ V, Mercon∗∗ or General Motors Dexron III specification. It is recommended for automatic transmissions in all GM and Ford other manufactures vehicles requiring a premium fluid.

PerforminAL Mercon V ATF meets the transmission fluid requirements for Allison automatic transmissions and other heavy-duty equipment that requires a Dexron∗ or Mercon∗∗ fluid. It is approved for Allison C-4 and therefore can be used in Allison Power shift transmissions or other torque converter systems that must use this type fluid.

PerforminAL Mercon V ATF also can be used in some hydraulic systems and in several types of rotary compressors under certain service conditions. Its low-temperature properties and resistance to oxidation are important factors in meeting the requirements of this service.

PerforminAL Mercon V ATF is not suitable for transmission requiring Ford M2C33-F and Chrysler transmissions after 1996 requiring type 7176 fluids.
