KOSTKut Sol 30

The KOSTKut Sol 30 is a premium heavy duty water miscible soluble oil concentrate that forms milky, superior stable emulsions when mixed with water. It’s been fortified with enhanced extreme pressure (EP), lubricity and rust prevention formulation make it useful as a moderate to severe purpose emulsion metalworking fluid. When compared to conventional fluids, it has been shown to improve surface finish and extend tool life. KOSTKut Sol 30 has been engineered without DEA, nitrite, nitrate, phenol and chlorine components to provide a more environmental compliant product. It may be utilized on a wide variety of general machining and grinding operations. It is suitable to use KOSTKut Sol 30 for forged and cast ferrous metals, many stainless steels, as well as many non-ferrous grades. It will not stain most extruded and cast aluminum grades under normal operating conditions. This concentrate has been fortified with a premium biocide to effectively control microbial growth. KOSTKut Sol 30 technology has also been used as a mild to medium duty drawing fluid in it neat form up to 10:1 (10%) dilutions rates.
