KOSTKut Sol 15

The KOSTKut Sol 15 is a water miscible soluble oil concentrate that forms milky, superior stable emulsions when mixed with water. Its natural mild lubricity and rust prevention formulation make it useful as a general purpose emulsion metalworking fluid. KOSTKut Sol 15 has been engineered without DEA, nitrite, nitrate, phenol and chlorine components to provide a more environmental compliant product. It may be utilized on a wide variety of general machining and grinding operations. It is suitable to use KOSTKut Sol 15 for forged and cast ferrous metals, many stainless steels, as well as many non-ferrous grades. It will not stain most extruded and cast aluminum grades under normal operating conditions. KOSTKut Sol 15 has been fortified with a premium biocide to effectively control microbial growth.

To ensure proper fluid life, fluid filtration with filters and/or centrifuges, a good source low to no mineral content clean water and simple control of pH and emulsion concentration should be incorporated.
