The KOSTKut Cool 210 is a synthetic coolant formulated for primary use in light machining of both ferrous and non ferrous metals. It is also suitable for use as a grinding fluid. The transparent blue color allows for easy visibility of the work piece. KOSTKut Cool 210has been engineered with no DEA, chlorinated, sulfurized, or phosphorus containing additives and leaves no residual tacky film upon evaporation. It has also been fortified with a highly effective bactericide/fungicide package to fortify against microorganism attack. This product incorporates an effective corrosion inhibition package that has shown protection in the “Cast Iron Rust Chip Test” as low as 50:1 dilutions. KOSTKut Cool 210 low foaming tendency reduces the tendency to dropout fines on machine surfaces and facilitates proper cooling. The natural detergency keeps machines cleaner, as well as grinding wheels free from build up to promote more efficient operation and heat removal.
