AchievAL™ Way Oils

AchievAL Way Oils are a premium-formulated lubricant for slides and ways of machine tools. Starting with select base oils AchievAL Way Oils are fortified with extreme pressure, adhesive agent, and friction modifiers. This well-balanced blend provides superior slip-stick protection to ensure smooth and consistent movement for optimum surface finish. Furthermore, AchievAL Way Oils exhibit excellent separation from coolants. This property allows easy removal for reuse and reduces susceptibility for bacteria growth in coolant sumps.

AchievAL Way Oils are suitable for lubrication of machine tool components such as headstock, translating screws and lightly loaded gears and hydraulic systems, including worm gears. They are manufactured for use where Cincinnati Machine P-47, P-50 and P-53 (ISO 68, 220 and 32, respectively) specified oils are recommended.
