AchievAL™ Spindle OilsAchievAL Spindle Oils are formulated to meet the higher speeds and demands associated with bearings found in textile and machine tool spindles. They are engineered with high quality base oils that impart improved oxidation and thermal stability and superior viscometrics. With the addition of select additives, the oil is boosted with higher oxidation and thermal stability, corrosion control, and anti-wear properties. They are formulated to near colorless in appearance to reduce the staining tendency of the fluid.AchievAL Spindle Oils are suitable for many type of bearings in today faster, smaller and more stressed equipment. The machines being produced now and that will be produced in the future will be smaller in size and faster in speed. As a result of this trend, sumps will be smaller and fluid stress will increase. Some fluid stress will be in the areas of foam control, temperature dissipation, thermal and oxidation stability, and less time available to demulsify water. While AchievAL Spindle Oils are especially formulated for this forward trend, AchievAL Spindle Oils are also suitable for late model equipment. |
