KOSTGard® FleetGear Lubes

KOSTGard FleetGear Lubes are synthetic extreme pressure fleet gear lubricants engineered specifically to meet the high temperature/high load demands of today’s geared equipment. These lubes unlike conventional lubricants, don’t brake down in extreme heat and form damaging deposits, varnish and sludge. KOSTGard FleetGear Lubes maintain their protective capability even in thermally stressed conditions, preventing the ridging, rippling and spalling cause by surface distress. In addition, the superior lubricity of this gear lubricant improves fuel economy and provides limited slip capability.

Advantages:
spacer
Resist Oxidation and Thermal Breakdown: They inhibit the formation of acids and will not thicken or develop sludge, under severe operating temperature
Reduce Friction: They reduce component wear, resist thermal degradation and improve fuel economy by five percent.
Provide Low Temperature Protection: Provides instant lubrication to components during start- up. Smoother shifting and increased fuel economy.
Protect Against Rust and Corrosion: Prevent the formation of harmful rust or corrosion.
High Load Carrying Capacity: Protect gear surface in variable load and speed conditions.
Service Life: Last longer than conventional petroleum gear lubes.
