AchievAL ™ SynGear R&O

AchievAL SynGear R&O lubricants are super premium synthetic bearing, gear and circulating oils engineered with exceptional oxidation and thermal properties. The advanced additive system imparts performance properties required for maximum protection and operation under severe conditions. AchievAL SynGear R&O exhibit superior resistance to sludge formation, excellent water separation, superb wear control and mild EP properties. Corrosion protection for multi-metal systems has also been incorporated into these products.

According to original equipment manufacturers, AchievAL SynGear R&O Series range of viscosities can be used in a wide range of enclosed gear, bearing and circulating applications where superior R&O gear oil is recommended. Some of these applications include enclosed gear boxes, large anti-friction and journal bearings, circulating oils, circulating systems for paper machines and drier bearings. Furthermore, they are well suited for use in light to moderately loaded gear systems. The higher viscosities are suitable for use in slower speeds and higher load when compared to the lower viscosities. Because of their superior reduction in friction tendencies, they are perfect for situations where conventional oils operate in the boundary regimes. They meet or exceed many industry specifications and OEM requirements, such as: AGMA 9005-D94-R&O, Cincinnati Machine, DIN 51524 Part 1 and 2, DIN 51506, US Steel 126, 127 and 136, Boston Gear and many others.
