AchievAL ™ EP Gear Oils

AchievAL EP Gear Oils are multi-purpose industrial gear lubricants that provide good thermal stability, extreme pressure protection, anti-wear protection, demulsibility and foam inhibition. They also provide good oxidation, rust and corrosion control. AchievAL EP Gear Oils used in misting systems provide excellent oxidation stability to prevent oil mist deposits. They will form a high volume of mist droplets for transmission to the point of application, while having minimal stray mist (fog).

AchievAL EP Gear Oils meet or exceed the performance requirements of: U.S. Steel 224, AGMA 9005, Bijur oil application equipment, and Cincinnati Lamb P-63 (ISO 68), P-76 (ISO 100), P-77 (ISO 150), P-74 (ISO 220), P-59 (ISO 320), P-35 (ISO 460), P-64 (ISO 680) and P-78 (ISO 1000).

• High Film Strength: Gear teeth are protected from wear, surface distress, and premature failure by effective sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure additives.
• High Stability: Minimal degradation even when operating in conditions of oxidation and thermal stress. Gives long life in service under severe operating conditions.
• Fast Water Separation: Separates quickly from water and resists forming permanent emulsions.
• Rust & Corrosion Inhibited: Reduces corrosion on either steel or non-ferrous metals in gear sets.
• Gear Set Efficiencies All of the above attributes contribute to a reduction in power used to move the gears. Which in turn can result in lower power consumption and heat generation at the gear set.
